NDIS

I can provide services to self- managed and plan- managed participants of the NDIS scheme.

Sometimes you might require an OT assessment or letter of support to access the NDIS scheme. Please contact me at info@grassrootsot.com.au to discuss pricing and individual circumstances.

Medicare 

You may be able to receive a Medicare rebate for occupational therapy services, through a 'Chronic Disease Management Plan' (CDMP) as prescribed by your GP. This was previously known as the 'Enhanced Primary Care Plan' (EPC). 

Through this plan, you can receive a rebate for 5 sessions per calendar year. The rebate per session at April 2025 is approximately: $60.35

Please note you must request this plan from your GP before your session to be eligible for the rebate. 



Private Health

Many private health funds cover occupational therapy. Please contact your private health fund directly to determine what support they can provide.
